This fee is collected quarterly (January, April, July, and October) and is determined based on the company&#8217;s annual total turnover, not solely on the transactions of PEFC certified products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In alignment with this, MTCC would like to notify that, as of the end of June 2021, PEFC International has successfully migrated to a new database system. As part of this transition, the submission of turnover information from CoC certificate holders has become a mandatory requirement. This information is essential for MTCC to update company details in the PEFC database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MTCC kindly requests the cooperation of PEFC CoC certificate holders in providing the necessary information related to their company&#8217;s turnover upon request. It is important to emphasise that this turnover data will solely be utilised for reference and record-keeping purposes, with no visibility in the public search feature.
