As previously shared, the draft document seeks to improve the structure, clarity, and responsiveness of the current complaint handling process, MTCS GD 3003:2025 and will replace the existing MTCS GD 3003:2023 upon finalisation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your feedback is crucial in shaping a more effective and accessible complaint mechanism.
