This transfer, completed on\u00a0<strong>14 March 2025<\/strong>, ensures streamlined governance as we transition toward new international standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Changes &amp; Background<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purpose of Transfer:<\/strong>\u00a0To allow MTCC, as the scheme owner, to harmonize existing requirements with the new global standard,\u00a0<strong>PEFC ST 1004:2024<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Historical Context:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Developed between 2011 and 2013, these documents were originally held by DSM to ensure auditor competency when dedicated PEFC standards were unavailable.
