THIRD PUBLIC COMMENT (60-DAY)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

(Comment Period: 25 July \u2013 22 September 2014)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Three Regional Stakeholder Consultations on Enquiry Draft 2 on the review of the MC&I(Forest Plantations) were conducted in Kuching (8 April), Kota Kinabalu (10 April) and Kuala Lumpur (15 April 2014).<\/p>\n

Comments and feedback received from the stakeholders were considered by the Third Meeting of the Standards Review Committee (SRC) held in Kota Kinabalu on 7 \u2013 9 July 2014, resulting in the formulation of Enquiry Draft 3<\/u><\/strong><\/a> incorporating changes made at the meeting. The decisions of the SRC on the comments received from the three consultations are tabled in this document<\/u><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the Process and Proposed Timelines for the Review of MC&I(Forest Plantations)<\/em>, the Enquiry Draft 3<\/u><\/strong><\/a> will now be subjected to a third and final 60-day public comment period beginning from 25 July to 22 September 2014<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In this connection, the Secretariat would like to invite you to provide your comments and\/or proposals on Enquiry Draft 3<\/u><\/strong><\/a>, as per the following proposed format:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
