Bhd.- Certificate for Chain-of-Custody No.63"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">The Malaysian Timber Certification Council (MTCC) wishes to announce that Asia Plywood Company Sdn. Bhd., holder of Certificate for Chain-of-Custody No. 063, has been directed to cease describing its plywood as \u201cMTCC-certified\u201d with effect from 29 July 2005, until further notice.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\nMTCC has taken this decision following a visit to the premises of the company to check on its records, particularly its inputs of MTCC-certified logs, and its production and exports of plywood which were described as \u201cMTCC-certified\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>As a follow-up action, MTCC has arranged with an independent assessor to immediately conduct a surveillance visit on Asia Plywood Company Sdn. Bhd.
